What size are the boxes?

All our boxes are the same size and measure 25x25x20cm and are mailed using an outer protective box ensuring that the gift box reaches you in perfect condition.

A = 25cm    B= 25cm    C= 20cm

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We always aim to dispatch our boxes within 1 to 2 working days of recieving your order & cleared payment. Our boxes are sent 1st class royal mail signed for delivery.

We would reccomend however that you always order your box at least 2 weeks before its needed so as to avoid disappointment.

I dont have a paypal account - can I still pay online?

Yes - We use paypal to provide a safe secure and trusted payment system & you do not have to have an account with them in order to purchase from us.

During checkout, simply click on the option 'dont have a paypal account' and you can enter your card details to pay with most credit/debit cards.

We do not see any of your card details. The whole process is kept secure within the paypal site.

Is postage included within the box price?

Yes - All our boxes are sent to you with FREE delivery. So the price you see is the only price you pay.  The boxes are sent to you using royal mail signed for 1st class delivery.

I forgot to enter my delivery address and greeting message during checkout can I do it after?

Yes - as long as we have not processed your order - click HERE to add these details to your order.
