Returns
If for any reason you should be unhappy with your purchase, or if the item you have ordered is faulty, please ensure that you return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Returning an item
You are responsible for ensuring that the item reaches us in good condition, we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit so would reccomend that if you are returning an item to us that you send it recorded delivery with insurance.
Condition of the goods
When fist checking out your gift box or accessory, please do so carefully as we can't replace damaged items.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and only applies to the item(s) being refunded.
If a complete item is out of stock we will make a full refund.
Our delivery cost incurred in your original order is not refundable if an item is being returned. Delivery charges incurred in sending items back to us are non refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty.
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition including product packaging, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Products that are sealed in packaging must be completely sealed and unopened.
we will always act upon refunds very quickly however it can sometimes take up to 30 days to show on your statement. This timescale is controlled by your banking/credit company.
Payment
All payments are processed by Paypal. You can check this is secure by looking for the padlock icon on your internet browser.
All payments are taken instantly just as you buy something from ebay the payment is taken instantly when you click to purchase using paypal.
Our free delivery offer is currently only to mainland
Subject to stock we will always aim to dispatch your item within 1 - 2 working days from recieving your order, if an item is out of stock we will advise you by e-mail.
Christmas post
presents4girls.co.uk will not be held responsible for items that are delayed in the busy Christmas post, we have advertised our last order date in good faith and cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver by another company.
Submitting Information
By submitting your order you are agreeing and confirming to buy the goods at the prices and the terms stated and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying the goods.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed your order.
You must ensure that all details required are correctly completed at checkout before submitting, this should include email address, full postal address and payment details.
Delivery address
Should you or any person at the specified delivery address refuse to accept delivery of the package, then all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for the return of the products to us, along with any other fees incurred by us in re-delivering the package to you.
All our products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply the particular exact item that is shown in the gift box picture or description we will replace it with something similar and of the same or slightly higher value at no extra cost to you. We reserve the right to make small amendments to the gift boxes without consulting you first. If we run out of stock of something which we consider to be significant to the gift box then we shall contact you and advise you before proceeding with your order.
By submitting your order you are accepting the shipping and handling costs that we incur but have included within the sale price of the item(s)

We will not be held responsible for items arriving late due to services out of our control.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
